I provide individualized psychological counseling for adults, couples, families, and children, with a focus on assessment, prevention, and treatment. I use an integrative approach incorporating CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, NLP, and the PNS Method (Psychology, Nutrition, and Sport/Movement). Progress is monitored through structured assessments and individualized progress charts. The ultimate goal of therapy is to empower clients to develop self-awareness, skills, and independence, enabling them to manage their well-being without long-term dependence on the therapist.
Dr. Vida Amirdavar has over 20 years of experience in psychology and counseling. Her approach is integrative and individualized, drawing from psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, Jungian, and person-centered perspectives. She emphasizes prevention and early identification of psychological concerns through structured assessments and individualized evaluation tools. Based on each client’s needs, she applies therapeutic methods including CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, and NLP. She has also developed the PNS approach (Psychology, Nutrition, and Sport/Movement), integrating psychological and lifestyle factors to support a more focused and efficient therapeutic process. Progress is regularly assessed and presented through individualized growth charts. Her areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, couples and marital adjustment, family and child psychology, talent development, and personal growth.
