Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
I’m Sara, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I have always naturally been a patient and compassionate listener, drawn to creating a safe space where people feel valued, safe, and genuinely understood.
I hold a Master’s degree and bring over twelve years of clinical experience across healthcare, community mental health, and crisis intervention. Over the years, I’ve supported individuals working through anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional challenges, and major life transitions including the unique psychological and cultural challenges of relocation and migration. Having supported many individuals navigating the complexities of settling into a new society, as well as working extensively in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care, I understand how overwhelming life can feel, and I am here to help you navigate those moments.
I am dedicated to one on one individual therapy for adults, and my approach is practical, flexible, and tailored to your needs. I combine evidence based methods such as cognitive behavioral tools, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices with practical skills you can use in your daily life. Whether you need daily coping tools or want to work through deeper patterns, we will move forward together based on your goals and at a pace that feels right for you.
Outside of my practice, I find peace and grounding in nature. I deeply appreciate simple, authentic moments whether spending time outdoors, taking in fresh air, or connecting with things that feel genuine and real.
