I help people who feel lost, stuck, or emotionally exhausted reclaim a sense of direction and self-worth. Whether you're a parent overwhelmed by responsibility, an adult navigating the scars of trauma, or someone who feels disconnected from meaning, I offer a safe and structured space for you to breathe, process, and rebuild.
As someone who has lived through complex trauma, immigration, and emotional hardship while raising children and rebuilding my own life, I work from a place of deep empathy and real-world understanding. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy, identity work, parenting support, and helping clients break patterns of unhealthy relationships, dependency, or chronic self-doubt.
I bring both academic training and lived experience to my work. I’ve supported individuals in their healing from trauma, helped overwhelmed parents reconnect with their children, and guided clients through rebuilding their identities after loss, separation, or emotional neglect. I don’t believe in quick fixes. I believe in sustainable growth. Together, we’ll work toward healing that’s not just about survival, but about living with intention and clarity.
