Approaches
In my practice, I offer a warm, confidential, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. I have over a decade of experience working in the field of psychotherapy. I work from a psychodynamic psychotherapeutic perspective, which means we will focus on understanding unconscious patterns, emotional conflicts, and past experiences that may influence current behaviors and relationships.
I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for effective therapy. My approach is collaborative, and I work with each client to understand their unique needs, goals, and experiences. I strive to create a space where clients feel supported, heard, and understood, and where they can explore difficult emotions at their own pace. I offer online sessions to ensure flexibility. Initially, sessions are conducted online to provide comfort and ease for clients, especially in the early stages of therapy. If clients choose to continue, we can transition to in-person sessions, which provide an opportunity for deeper connection and face-to-face interaction (for clinents in London, UK).
