My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, EFT, Mindfulness, and Transactional Analysis.

I offer services in both English and Farsi (Persian) and work with adolescents and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds. I would be honoured to support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and greater well-being.

I am Mahmonir Eradi-Hasani, MA, RP (Qualifying), a psychotherapist dedicated to supporting adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. I offer psychotherapy services in both English and Farsi (Persian).

I hold a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Regina, Canada, and a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Iran. My approach is compassionate, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based therapies, including CBT, ACT, EFT, Mindfulness, and Transactional Analysis.

As an immigrant, I understand the challenges of change, uncertainty, and cultural adjustment. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can build resilience, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change.
