Interacting with children and parents in classes and therapy sessions, I observed how parental unawareness often contributed to emotional and behavioral issues in children. This realization led me to focus deeply on parenting education and evidence-based strategies for addressing challenging situations. Over the years, I have extensively studied parenting methodologies and emphasized the crucial role of parents in shaping their children's personalities. I firmly believe that addressing children's issues requires identifying and resolving underlying family dynamics, as effective therapy for children is incomplete without parental involvement.
My clients include parents and children facing challenges such as anxiety, grief, depression, stubbornness, aggression, attention deficits, social-communication difficulties, parental separation, and abuse. My goal is to build strong, trust-based relationships with my clients, helping parents shift away from punishment and control-based parenting toward secure attachment, empathy, and problem-solving. I also strive to support children in processing emotions and developing independent problem-solving skills, ensuring that they do not carry unresolved emotional difficulties into adulthood. I sincerely hope to contribute to raising a future generation with greater emotional well-being and inner peace.
